Reveal IT provides digital skills training through the voluntary efforts of undergraduate and postgraduate students, including those seeking work experience as Digital Skills Trainers. Government-funded intergenerational training programs, like Austria’s “Technology in Brief” project, serve as inspiration for our approach, where young people offer training in devices and smartphones to older people.

The Role of AI and the Need for Inclusion

Digital skills empower older people to safely, securely, and effectively navigate and benefit from the opportunities provided by digital technologies, such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, PCs, and the internet. The rise of generative artificial intelligence and AI agents has further highlighted the importance of community-based digital skills training, specifically tailored to include older people.
